影响不锈钢管价格的因素除了品牌、材质和生产工艺以外，*重要因素既钢管表面处理方法。为进一步改善管道材料特性，对管道内外表面进行处理一般有四种方法：酸洗钝化(AP)、机械抛光（MP）、光亮退火(BA)和电解抛光(EP)处理工艺。试验资料和实践都证明，通过表面处理后，管道材料的粗糙度减小，表面吸附性减弱。那么AP、MP、BP、EP级不锈钢管的区别在哪？

AP（Acid Pickling）酸洗处理

不锈钢的耐腐蚀能力主要来源于其内含的铬元素与氧气发生反应后在其表面形成一层致密的防护层。而酸洗的作用就是让其提前发生这种反应，以提高不锈钢管的耐腐蚀能力，酸洗过程中会去除管材表面所附着的油污及其他在生产中所沾染的其他物质。管道内外表面较粗糙易有悬浮杂质附着。

MP （Mechanical polishing）机械抛光

抛光轮或抛光带借助抛光剂中的磨料对不锈钢管表面进行抛磨加工，促使不锈钢管面达到平滑抛光效果。其亮度与效果则取决于加工方式的种类。另外机械抛光后虽较美观但也会降低抗蚀性，所以当用在腐蚀环境下需再经过钝化处理，且钢管表面常有抛光材料残留。

钢管在制造过程中，用于润滑的油脂晶粒也会因加工而变形，为了避免油脂残留在钢管中，在退火时利用高温以氩气充当炉内气氛，借由氩气与钢管表面的碳氧结合燃烧，进一步清洁钢管的表面产生亮面效果，这种利用纯氩气退火加热并快速冷却，以亮化光面的方式叫光辉退火。虽然利用此种方式来亮化表面可保钢管充分干净无任何外来污染。但这种表面的明亮度若与其他抛光方式相较机械、化学、电解会有雾面的感觉。当然其效果也与氩气的含量与加热的次数有关。

电解抛光是利用阳极处理的方式，借由电化学的原理，适当地调整电压、电流、酸液组成、以及抛光时间，不但可以使表面达到明亮、顺滑、洁净的效果，更可以提升表面的抗腐蚀性，所以是*佳的亮化表面的方法，当然其成本和技术也相应的提高不少。
